Before you fill out the form, have the strong intention that positive energy and action flow toward the person or the cause you have chosen.

2. Provide Basic Information for the Form

Please write clear statements for as many requests as you wish to make. Being brief is helpful. Click here to download the Donation form. If you are donating online, you can fill out the online form (Step 3).

3. Donation Payment Options

The suggested basic donation per circumambulation is $25. All your donations to Nyingma Trust (501(c)3 non-profit) are tax deductible (Tax ID: 23-707-2008).
